We provide custom WordPress website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. All services are provided according to the scope and timeline agreed upon in a separate proposal or contract.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your project proposal or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is not received on time.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Once work on a project has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final website and deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, code, plugins, and frameworks used in the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Frog Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
