Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your invoice or project proposal. We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is not received on time.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final website and deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, code, plugins, and frameworks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Frog Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

If the project has not yet started
If we are unable to deliver the agreed services

Once work on a project has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Custom website design and development services are considered final sale.

3. Shipping Policy

All products and services offered by Tiny Frog Technologies, Inc. are digital. There is no physical shipping.

Completed websites, designs, and files are delivered electronically via email or a secure client portal.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing details when you place an order or contact us. This information is used only to provide our services and communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted third parties necessary to operate our business (payment processors and hosting providers).
