We provide custom WordPress website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services.
2. Payments
All prices are in USD. Payment is due according to the invoice or project proposal. We reserve the right to pause work if payment is late.
3. Intellectual Property
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Frog Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
